StrutzFest
The 3rd annual Strutzfest will be in Darrington’s Music Park in the North
Cascade Mountains. Its stages will be hosting
performances by the Dusty 45’s, Problem Child, Whiskey Creek, Davano’s,
the Beatniks, Magic Bus, Blue Tattoo, Strutz,
HearHess and the Black Knights. The amphitheatre is owned by the Darrington
Bluegrass Association, and you can find

This year’s lineup at the Mt. Baker Rhythm and Blues Festival will be
Leon Russell, Commander Cody, Rick Estrin, Shane
Dwight, the Randy Oxford Band, Cedric Burnside and Lightnin’ Malcolm,
the Fat Tones, Junkyard Jane and Janiva Magness.
An All-Star Jam follows each evening show (until 2am on Friday and Saturday
and to midnight on Sunday). Taking place on
the Deming Log Show Fairgrounds, the Festival has room for several thousand
campers, lots of great food and crafts, two
‘signed guitar’ raffles (the proceeds of which go to Combat Veterans
International and Bikers Fighting Cancer).

The Northwest Wienerfest
The Festival’s sponsors are pleased to announce this year’s indoor,
two day Wienerfest and race event at the Grays Harbor
County Fairground Pavilion and Expo Center in Elma. Proceeds of the Wienerfest
will go to the Local and National Dachshund
Rescue and Promote All Animal Rescue in The Pacific Northwest organizations.
Visitors will be able to participate in a variety
of contests, walk around the vendors’ stalls and rescues along with the
races. Food is available from the Expo Center. The

races, breeds and location of hotels and campsites.
Satsop River Rock Festival

River Rock Festival
The earlier Satsop River Rock Festival was a four-day musical event that was
held on a Satsop farm over the Labor Day
Weekend of 1971 (and you can see the first flyer from its bad hairdos). This
year’s Festival is at Hoquiam’s Olympic Stadium
on July 31st, and will be featuring Wishbone Ash, Eric Burdon, Vicci Martinez,
the American Night, Randy Hansen and Gray’s
Harbor All-Stars (two of which are tributes to Jimi Hendrix and the Doors).
The final round of the Battle of the Bands will take
place on the main stage. Information on both sets of musicians can be found
on the Artists page. Information for visitors is

directions, hotels, lodging and dining).
Satsop River Rock Festival Reunion Hoquiam, Washington July 31st Satsop River Rock Festival Reunion
The Satsop River Rock Festival Reunion 2010 will be held July 31st, 2010 at Olympic Stadium in Hoquiam, WA. The original Satsop River Rock Festival was a Woodstock-type rock festival held in the summer of 1971 in Satsop, WA. The 2010 Reunion will be an all day classic rock event featuring Eric Burdon, Wishbone Ash, Vicci Martinez, Randy Hansen, The American Night, and more. Five regional bands will also be playing in the final round of the Battle of the Bands Competition. The Festival will feature a Barbeque Competition as well. Covered seating is available, along with food and beverage vendors, hospitality tents, and a long lost friend reunion area.

The Lord of Camlann invites you to attend his summer village festivals, with
all of its theatre, knightly combat, music, crafts,
archery, swordplay, minstrels, and victuals. On arrival in the ancient realm
of Somersetshire our morning trumpet and charter
proclamation will open the village gates upon the colourful world of Chaucer's
England. The pace is leisurely, and not everything
will happen at once. The scale is small and intimate, and you can leave your
homeland’s hectic 21st century behind you. You
will be able to see Swords-master Demonstrations, a variety of minstrels, crafters
and medieval banquets. Children can ride on
ponies, and pet the farmyard’s animals.

This year’s Torchlight parade will be providing its visitors with a look
at giant helium balloons, precision drill teams, equestrian
events, clowns and pirates. The festival’s bands will be playing a selection
of your favorite tunes, and it is suggested that visitors
arrive early for its 7.30pm start. The parade is two-and-a-half miles long,
and this is its sixty-first year. Tickets are available

One)
The Puget Sound Guitar workshop can offer instructions for acoustic musicians
of all levels. They can live in its sylvan glade in
the pinewoods to the southwest of Seattle, which has log cabins and bathrooms.
Tents and campers are welcome. There are
approximately six students to each teacher, who will teach them from the thirty
classes they have on fingerpicking, flatpicking,
country, blues, jazz, singing and songwriting. Each days classes end in concerts,
dances and jam sessions. Students will be able
to pick a lot from their lessons, but will also learn how to blend with their
camp’s musical family. This year’s brochure is given

This year’s Festival will have more than twenty more artists’ booths
and an increasing number of food vendors in this year’s
festivities. It takes over the 1200, 1300, and 1400 blocks of Cornwall Avenue
in downtown Bellingham and features over
sixty of the Northwest’s finest artists, whose pottery, fiber art, paintings
and other skills will be on display. Local music will be
played on a live stage, and the ArtBar will feature beverages from the area’s
